- Refund & Exchange Policy -
  • We do not accept refunds once the Courier has left, but you are welcome to open and try on your package while the courier is still there. You will only need to pay for the shipping fees.       
  • Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached otherwise we won't be able to neither return nor exchange the product.
  • Exchange requests have to be placed within 24 hours of receiving your order.                         
  • Exchanges will be handled through our DMs to ensure that every order is addressed and processed promptly.
  • The exchange period depends on whether the product is sold out or on sale, and you'll receive timing details and confirmation of your exchange through DM. 
  • An extra shipping fee will apply for exchanges.
